Manage Members & Roles

As an admin, you can promote members to coach or admin roles, deactivate accounts, and view the role change history.

View your members

Go to the Members tab to see all club members with their current roles.

Change a member's role

Tap on a member to see their profile and role options. You can promote them to Coach or Admin.

Confirm the change

Select the new role and confirm. The member will be notified of their new permissions.

Deactivating members

If a member leaves your club, you can deactivate their account from the Members tab. Deactivated members lose access to club events and data but can be reactivated later.

Tip: Role changes are logged in an audit trail. You can view the history from the member's profile.
